Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and processing. We may cancel, refuse, or limit any order if fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or unusual ordering behavior is detected. If a paid order is cancelled, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, body care, cosmetic, personalized, custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We aim to deliver orders within 30 days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary because of customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order experiences a significant delay, you may have the right to request a cancellation or refund where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can assist you quickly and efficiently.

All payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers. If you notice any unauthorized or incorrect charges, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bellaviele is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or issues resulting from improper use, storage, or handling of products. All products are intended for personal use only, and individual results may vary.
